Refund Policy

How cancellation and refund requests work for TurboSell subscriptions.

Last updated: May 2, 2026

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for TurboSell subscriptions and paid services.

We want customers to have a clear path if TurboSell is not the right fit, while keeping subscription access and billing predictable.

Trials and cancellations

If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

First purchase refunds

For first-time subscription purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge if TurboSell has not been materially used for active listing workflows or high-volume automation.

Refund requests are reviewed for account activity, usage, abuse prevention, and any applicable legal requirements.

Renewals

Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.

If you intended to cancel and were charged for a renewal, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the request in good faith.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@myturbosell.com with the account email, business name, date of charge, and a short description of the issue.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the provider and bank.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests involving abuse, policy violations, fraudulent activity, chargeback misuse, or accounts that have used TurboSell for substantial posting, automation, or inventory synchronization activity.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that may be required by applicable law.
