Last updated: May 2, 2026
Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TurboSell, including our website, web application, browser extension, inventory tools, listing workflows, and related services.
By creating an account, installing the extension, or using TurboSell, you agree to these terms. If you use TurboSell on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
Use of TurboSell
TurboSell helps vehicle sellers and dealerships prepare, manage, and publish vehicle listing content. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, descriptions, images, and claims in every listing you create or publish.
You agree to use TurboSell only for lawful business purposes and to comply with all marketplace rules, advertising rules, consumer protection laws, privacy laws, and platform terms that apply to your listings.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or connected services have been accessed without authorization.
TurboSell may require browser permissions or integrations with third-party platforms to perform listing, sync, and automation workflows. You can revoke access by removing the extension, disconnecting integrations, or contacting support.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing cycle, and price shown at checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Subscription access may be limited, suspended, or canceled if payment fails or if the account violates these terms.
You can cancel your subscription according to the instructions provided in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
Third-party platforms
TurboSell is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook, Meta, or any inventory marketplace or automotive platform unless expressly stated. Third-party platforms may change their products, policies, or availability at any time.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, listing removals, marketplace decisions, or changes that affect your ability to use TurboSell with those platforms.
Acceptable use
You may not use TurboSell to post deceptive listings, infringe intellectual property rights, scrape or misuse third-party data, bypass platform restrictions, transmit malware, interfere with the service, or violate applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk for TurboSell, our users, or third-party platforms.
Service changes and availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features as TurboSell evolves. We work to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
TurboSell is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurboSell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, lost listings, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to TurboSell is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
